Southern Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
1/2 cup clarified butter
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces monterey jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

Preparation

Beat eggs. Chop green chili. Shred cheese.
Combine all and put into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour or until firm in center.
