"Heartburn" Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 recipe graham cracker crust (your favorite)
6 egg yolks
1 cup lime juice (even bottled lime juice will do)
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
8 ounces Cool Whip (or your favorite whipped topping)
Preparation

Line a 9\" pie pan with a graham cracker crust. Beat 6 egg yolks. Add 1 cup of lime juice, 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, and 1 Tblsp. grated lime rind. Pour into the pie shell and freeze. Remove from the freezer and spread with the whipped cream. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
