Low Fat Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup light butter
    1 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup finely mashed banana
    2/3 cup fat free sour cream
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs 1 at a time, and bananas.
    Stir in sifted ingredients alternately with sour cream.
    Pour into greased and floured 8x8x2\" pan.
    Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Frost when cool with butter frosting flavored with fresh lemon juice.
