Low-Calorie Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 mashed banana
    1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup Splenda granular
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 large egg
    2 tablespoons skim milk
    3/4 cup flour
Preparation
    spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
    mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
    add the flour.
    pour it into the pan.
    bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
