Crockpot Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken breast (I used boneless skinless)
    1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 cup chicken stock
    cooked rice (or cooked noodles)
Preparation
    Place chicken, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice and chicken stock in crockpot.
    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
    When finished cooking, shred chicken with two forks.
    Serve chicken over hot cooked rice (or noodles) and top with chicken juices from crockpot.
