Pumpkin Pepita Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lightly salted roasted green pumpkin seeds, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In food processor combine all ingredients except pumpkin seeds and parsley, until smooth.
Sprinkle with parsley and pumpkin seeds before serving.
