Buffalo Meatballs In A Sweet & Spicy Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup fresh parsley (Chopped)
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon Mexican chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon milk
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce
    4 garlic cloves (Minced)
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 tablespoon sambal oelek chili paste
    2 garlic cloves (Minced)
    1 teaspoon orange zest
    2 oranges, juice of
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/3 cup dark brown sugar
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons creme fraiche
Preparation
    Place Ground Chuck in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the bread crumb mixture to the Ground Chuck and mix well. Roll golf ball size meatballs and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, turning meatballs half way.
    Saute the sambal and garlic in the 1 tablespoon canola oil for about 1 minute. Add orange zest and juice. Stir to combine. Add cayenne pepper and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Add chicken broth and bring mixture to a simmer. Reduce mixture by half. Add the creme friache and stir to combine. Add meatballs to mixture.
