Ingredients

1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon green onion, white parts only
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (or to taste)
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Cover and chill until ready to use, up to 2 days.
Use as a glaze, brushing onto the food during the last 5 - 10 minutes of grilling.
