Creamy Miso Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white miso
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 medium garlic cloves, chopped
1 inch piece ginger, chopped
3 tablespoons water
Preparation

Blend all ingredients with a blender or hand blender until creamy, but over-blending makes it too thick.
Stores well in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
