Cabbage Burger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    3/4 cup onion, Chopped
    2 medium carrots, cleaned, sliced
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
    4 cups cabbage, coarsely shredded
    3 roma tomatoes, chopped
    3 ounces low-fat cheese, shredded (your choice)
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onions.
    Add carrots, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, chili flakes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Lightly spray a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish (with lid) with oil.
    Put the cabbage in the bottom of the casserole dish.
    Add the meat mixture on top.
    Top with tomatoes.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0F oven for 1 hour.
    Remove cover add cheese continue baking for a further 15 minutes.
