Grilled Fish With Asian-Style Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 cup green onion
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 lbs tuna steaks or 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
Preparation
    Combine marinade ingredients in shallow dish.
    Add fish and marinate 2 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
    Remove from refrigerator and let sit 20 - 30 minutes while grill preheats.
    Place directly over high heat on oiled rack.
    Tuna only; After 5 minutes, baste with marinade and turn.
    Remove from grill when center-read meat thermometer reads 140\u00b0F for tuna or when salmon flakes.
