Banana, Almond And Oatmeal Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 rolled oats
    1 banana, cut into chunks
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 -4 tablespoons almond butter
    1/2 cup strawberry yogurt (could use plain but strawberry is better)
    1 cup milk (soy or rice milk would work fine too)
Preparation
    In a blender add rolled oats. Process until almost powder like.
    Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth. At this point you should taste it and add more of whatever flavors suit your tastes.
    Pour into glasses and serve.
