Nasturtium Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup nasturtium leaves
    nasturtium petals, and buds
    1 1 pint white wine or 1 pint apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in a clean clear glass jar or bottle.
    Tightly seal.
    Let sit for at least 3 weeks before using. Then remove Nasturtiums.
