Hominy Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces yellow hominy or 16 ounces white hominy, drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (3 ounce) can of chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, to taste
    1/2 cup crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Mix all ingredients except for the crushed corn chips.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole and cover with the crushed chips.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
