Cheese And Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 -6 4 -6 ounces monterey jack cheese or 4 -6 ounces cheddar cheese
8 -10 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sausage or 1 cup diced ham
mushroom (optional)
zucchini (optional)
red peppers (optional) or green pepper (optional)
Preparation

Butter a 9-inch souffle/round casserole dish.
Line the bottom of the dish with the cheese.
Brown the sausage or ham and place on top of the cheese.
Beat eggs, add milk, and pour over meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
