Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked rice
    1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
    2 cups fat free sour cream
    1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
    pepper (I use ALOT)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a lightly oiled baking disk.
    Bake in oven, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
