Baked Hot Wings. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
    1/3 cup hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
    1/2 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon white wine
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic paste (or granulated garlic)
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco Chipotle or a bit of liquid smoke)
Preparation
    Remove the excess skin from the wings.
    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until fully cooked, on a rack to allow the grease to drip off.
    Cool completely.
    Combine all the other ingredients.
    Completely cover the wings or toss in the sauce.
    Marinate in the sauce at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on a rack.
    Wings can be coated again in the sauce or served as they are.
