Easy Microwave Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups oats
    1/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    optional nuts
    optional dried fruit
Preparation
    Place oats, oil, honey, wheat germ and nuts in a microwave safe bowl.
    Mix ingredients.
    Microwave on high for 2 minutes and then stir.
    Mircowave on high for 2 minutes and then stir,
    Microwave on high for 2 minutes and then stir.
    Microwave on high for 1 minute and then stir. Start checking for brownness. Continue to microwave for 1 minute and stiring until the granola is brown enough for you.
    Place on a cookie sheet to cool.
    Once cooled add in dried fruit.
