Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 -5 medium potatoes
    bacon
    1 onion
    1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
    1 tablespoon butter
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 cup corn (optional)
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Chop bacon and fry it.
    Chop onion and other veggies if desired.
    Put potatoes, bacon, onion, & veggies in large pot; cover with water.
    Cook until fork tender.
    Add butter and milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Salt and pepper.
    Enjoy.
