Simple Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 tablespoon ground ginger
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup molasses
Preparation
    Cream margarine, gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Beat in egg and molasses.
    Add dry ingredients and blend well.
    Form into small balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
    Flatten with the bottom of a glass.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are slightly rounded, crackly and lightly browned.
