Fruit Batter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
    2 cups fruit (your choice)
Preparation
    In a buttered 8\" baking dish, put 2 cups of fruit with sugar to taste.
    Over it, pour the batter, mixed in the order given above.
    Bake 350F 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
