Apple Sopapillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 8-inch flour tortillas
    12 tablespoons apple pie filling
    3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
    oil
Preparation
    On each flour tortilla,place 2 T. apple pie filling.
    Fold as you would a burrito.
    Deep fry in 1 inch of oil, seam down until brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Dust with confectioner's sugar.
