Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lbs chuck roast, cut and cubed into 1 inch pieces
    4 -5 celery ribs, sliced
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    5 ounces bead molasses
    1 -2 tablespoon cooking oil
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown onions, add meat. Simmer on low for 2 hours. Add a LITTLE water if needed.
    Add chopped celery.
    Add water to cover meat.
    Add soy sauce and bead molassas.
    simmer until celery is done.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
    Optional: add large can of chop suey vegetables.
