Lavosh Crisps With Sesame Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/4 cup skim milk powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 tablespoons shortening
    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
    1 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
    Dough cycle. let rise 15 minute Divide in 4. Spread 1/4 cup sesame seeds on board.
    Roll out dough as thin as possible, turning frequently to press the seeds into the dough. Bake at 375F for 13 to 18 minutes.
