Easy Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups canned navy beans
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 lb bacon, diced
    3/4 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup molasses
    1 tablespoon dried mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in baking dish or casserole.
    Add just enough water to cover beans.
    Cover with lid or foil, and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
    Remove lid or foil and bake for 1 hour more.
