Sausage & Bacon Pizza Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork sausage
    6 pieces bacon
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
    1 teaspoon oregano
    2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans refrigerator biscuits
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook bacon, cool and crumble.
    Cook sausage, drain and return to pan.
    Add bacon, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and oregano to sausage. Combine well. Heat until bubbly.
    Flatten 1 refrigerator biscuit to about 2 to 2 1/2\" round and place in muffin tin. Fill biscuits about 3/4 the way and top with mozzarella cheese.
    Bake according to directions on biscuit package. You may want to bake a bit longer to brown up the cheese and biscuits.
    Cool 5 minutes then remove from muffin tins.
