Homemade Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk)
    1 cup white vinegar
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup dry mustard (such as keen's)
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups sugar
Preparation
    In a microwave safe bowl (no less than a 6 cup measure) mix the evaporated milk,vinigar and eggs.
    mix together the flour,mustard,salt and sugar and add to the wet ingredients.
    mix well.
    Place in microwave and cook for 2 minutes on high.
    Stir or whisk until smooth then place back into the microwave and cook for another 2 minutes repeat until thickened This will take 3 or 4 times.
    1/4 teaspoon curry or cayenne can be added.
    pour into hot jars that can be sealed. Once open store in fridge.
    Note: My microwave is a 1000 watt and I cook the mixture a total of 4 times which is perfect.
