Helen'S Christmas Cranberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup chopped maple walnuts
1 cup hot water
1 (16 ounce) can canned cranberries
1 (6 ounce) package cranberry-raspberry gelatin
1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2/3 cup port wine
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup sour cream
Preparation

Combine cranberries and pineapple in a bowl and toss lightly.
Mix Jello with 1 cup of hot water, stir until dissolved.
Add the Port wine and the fruit mixture and pour into a 9X13 inch glass pan and refrigerate until set firmly (about 3 hours).
Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature while waiting on the Jello to firm. Blend with 1 cup of sour cream.
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly onto the Jello mixture and top with chopped walnuts.
For best results chill about 1 hour before serving.
Will keep under plastic wrap about 3 days.
