Thai Sweet Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon chopped peanuts or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
100 ml water

Preparation

In a saucepan, place the water and sugar and bring to the boil.
Add the salt and chopped peanuts and leave to cool.
Add the coriander.
