Rosehip And Hibiscus Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rosehip&hibiscus tea bags (The technical term for herbal teas is 'tisane')
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1 cup icing sugar
Preparation
    Steep tea for 3-2 minutes.
    Pour teaspoon by teaspoon, into icing sugar while mixing until desired consistancy is achieved.
    Drizzle away!
