Beet And Daikon Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
    1 red beet, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
    6 inches daikon radishes, peeled and cut in 1/8 inch matchsticks
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and let stand at least 1/2 hour.
    Season to taste before serving.
