Easy Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 egg
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    pepper
    MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE
    2 tablespoons margarine
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix all loaf ingredients together.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
    Top with white sauce.
    SAUCE:.
    Melt margarine in heavy saucepan.
    Add flour
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Add salt and pepper.
