Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (about 4 small)
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Mix all the ingredients together and spread in the pan.
Bake about 25 minutes until golden.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
These can be frozen and reheated for about 8 minutes in a 350\u00b0F oven.
