Raspberry Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    3 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon lemons, rind of or 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
    1 cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    In separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients.
    Combine the wet and dry ingredients together until moist.
    Fold in raspberries.
    Spoon into 12 muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake 16-20 minutes.
