Strawberry Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup strawberry, mashed and drained slightly
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Combine ingredients in the bread machine basket in the order recommended by machine manufacturer, choose a yeast bread setting such as white bread, 1.5 pound loaf, and light crust setting.
