Rosemary Grilled Chicken Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup red onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 large lettuce leaves, intact
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
    Brush the chicken with the olive oil and sprinkle with the rosemary.
    Grill until charred and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Remove from grill and allow to cool slightly.
    When cooled, slice the chicken and toss with the tomatoes, onions, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve wrapped in the lettuce leaves.
