Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 banana (in small pieces)
    1 tablespoon liquid honey
    1/2 cup fresh fruit or 1/2 cup frozen fruit, thawed (Strawberries work best)
Preparation
    Use a blender to mix together.
