Portuguese Marinade For Pork, Beef Or Fish (Vinho De Alhos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup wine vinegar
    3 cups water
    2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 pinch cumin seed
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
