Low Fat Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Bake in 9 x 5 loaf pan for 55 minutes.
