Simple Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup baker's bran flakes
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sultana
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Soak bran, milk (I use soymilk) and golden syrup together for 5 minutes.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Preheat oven, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
