Doggy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules (or cubes, crushed) or 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules (or cubes, crushed)
    2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
    Grease muffin tins if not using paper liners.
    In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
    In a small bowl, mix together the milk and egg.
    Pour the milk/egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each half full.
    Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Let rest in tins for 5 minutes, then finish cooling on cooling rack.
    Makes 12-15 muffins.
    NOTE: You can vary this recipe by adding some bacon bits and/or sprinkling shredded cheese on top of muffins during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
