Uncle Percy'S Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

750 g lamb lamb neck chops
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper
2 cups water
Preparation

Trim fat from chops.
Crush garlic.
Combine all the ingredients except chops.
Put chops in a baking dish.
Pour combined ingredients over chops.
Let stand for at least one hour.
Bake in oven (150 C-160C) or (300-325 degrees Fahrenheit) uncovered for approximately 1 hour or until chops are tender.
I serve this with rice and steamed veggies.
