1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 cups pitted dates
1/2 cup sultana raisin
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, if desired
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation

Pulse dates, raisins, rind and cinnamon in a food processor until minced finely.
Add nuts and pulse 1-2 times.
