Ultimate Minimalist Macaroon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
3 cups unsweetened coconut, shredded
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a rubber (silicone) spatula or your hands.
Wet your hands and take out a rounded tablespoon of mix into the palm of one hand. Make either balls, cubes or pyramids.
Place on silicone lined baking sheet.
Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes.
Cool on a rack at least 30 minutes before eating.
Store in covered container for up to 3 days.
