Unusual And Delicious Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    2 green onions
    2 bunches collard greens
    1/2 cup rice
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup cream cheese
    1/3 cup milk
    1 garlic clove
    salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Saute butter, green onion, garlic and collards.
    Add rice and a little water and cover.
    Check every few minutes and stir, add more water so it does not become dry, if needed, add extra water.
    When rice is cooked add cream cheese and milk.
    Add salt and pepper and serve.
