Weight Watchers Milk Shake (Flex Or Core) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
    4 ice cubes
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract) or 1 teaspoon instant coffee
    sugar substitute
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Blend until all ice is crushed and milk shake is thick.
    It really does become thick.
