Mushy Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 onion, finely sliced
    4 sage leaves
    5 cups frozen peas
    1/2 cup cream
    3/4 cup finely diced celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in pot and fry onion for 5 minutes.
    Add sage, celery and peas.
    Combine and cover, cook for 15 minutes.
    Stir regularly.
    Uncover, add cream and heat through.
    Then gently mash to a course mash.
    Season.
