Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
9 inches pie crusts
Preparation

To beaten eggs add flour, sugar, and spices.
Mix, add rhubarb, and pour into pie crust.
Dot with margarine and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Serve with whipping cream or vanilla ice cream -- or both!
