24 Thai red chili peppers, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preparation

Puree ingredients in blender or food processor.
Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
Serve as a table condiment for Thai and other Asian dishes.
