Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 cups zucchini, grated
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup nuts
    1 cup chocolate chips
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 teaspoons vanilla
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Use you preference of nuts, i.e. walnuts, pecans etc. I generally use semi-sweet chocolate chips when baking.
    Mix eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar; sift dry ingredients together,mix in wet ingredients until nicely incorporated. Add in zucchini,chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour into loaf pans and bake approximately 45 min-1 hour at 350\u00b0F Freezes very well.
